  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the agenda for the regular meeting of Council scheduled for July 11, 2022, be amended by adding five items of correspondence to agenda item E.7, and inserting a section H: Correspondence including two items of correspondence as agenda items H.1 and H.2, and that the agenda, BE ADOPTED AS AMENDED.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the attached minutes of the regular Council meeting held June 27, 2022, BE ADOPTED as read on this day and that such minutes as read set out all of the business before Council at that meeting and fully and properly record all of the resolutions and bylaws passed and adopted by Council at that meeting.

  • RECOMMENDATION #1:

    That Council ENDORSES the proposed centralized encampment management approach as outlined in the report dated July 6, 2022 from the City Manager and the Director of Public Safety titled “Approach to Encampment Management and Associated Issues”.

  • RECOMMENDATION #2:

    That Council SELECTS and APPROVES one or more of the overnight sheltering location(s) shown on the attached Maps to be authorized for overnight sheltering as per the prescribed restrictions contained within Schedule A of the proposed “City of Prince George Parks and Open Space Bylaw No. 7370, 2002, Amendment Bylaw No. 9311, 2022”.

  • RECOMMENDATION #3:

    That Council GIVES FIRST READING to “City of Prince George Parks and Open Space Bylaw No. 7370, 2002, Amendment Bylaw No. 9311, 2022."

  • RECOMMENDATION #4:
