  2. APPROVE a contribution of up to twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) from the Major Events Reserve should the application to host one of the FCM Board of Directors meetings be accepted by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities.

That Council APPROVE borrowing from the Municipal Finance Authority of British Columbia, as part of their 2018 fall issue $405,949 as authorized through "PG Pulpmill Road Erosion Protection Local Area Service Loan Authorization Bylaw No. 8758, 2016" and that the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George be requested to consent to our borrowing over a twenty (20) year term and include the borrowing in their security issuing bylaw.
  2. That Council APPROVE the reduction of authorized debt liability under "PG Pulpmill Road Erosion Protection Local Area Service Loan Authorization Bylaw No. 8758, 2016" by $67,051.
