    1. Receipt of a Traffic Impact Analysis;
    2. Receipt of a Servicing Brief; and
    3. Registration of a Section 219 Covenant on the legal title of Lot A, District Lot 2425, Cariboo District, Plan PGP37227 that restricts the housing form and character.
In addition, any recommendations presented in the preceding items must be addressed to the satisfaction of the General Manager of Planning and Development.

Subject: Sets the amount of the levy that is to be collected representing the decisions concerning revenues, expenses, debt and transfers made during the Council budget meetings in January 2018.
