- Receipt of a Traffic Impact Analysis;
- Receipt of a Servicing Brief; and
- Registration of a Section 219 Covenant on the legal title of Lot A, District Lot 2425, Cariboo District, Plan PGP37227 that restricts the housing form and character.
In addition, any recommendations presented in the preceding items must be addressed to the satisfaction of the General Manager of Planning and Development. |
