F.3 Report: Flood Protection Planning (Risk Area BF)
Infrastructure Planning Grant Program - BC Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Housing Development
  RECOMMENDATION: That Council:
  1. DIRECT Administration to complete the application process for a grant under the Infrastructure Planning Grant Program, which is administered by the BC Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Housing Development for Flood Protection Planning; and
  2. AUTHORIZE the City's Financial Officer and General Manager of Engineering and Public Works to sign grant application documents and any contract documents should grant approval be received.

  RECOMMENDATION: That Council AUTHORIZE City Administration to apply to the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) for approval to implement a 311 service for the City of Prince George, and to proceed with that implementation upon receiving approval from CRTC.

Subject: For the replacement of an existing culvert on Kelly Road North (north of Shellbrook Road) that has failed and resulted in erosion of the roadway.
