  2. SUPPORT a Resolution at the September Union of British Columbia Municipalities to ask the Province and the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia to collect outstanding traffic related bylaw fines on behalf of municipalities at the time of auto insurance and/or driver's licence renewal.

Canada - British Columbia Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program - Green Infrastructure - Environmental Quality Sub-Stream Grant
  RECOMMENDATION: That Council:
  1. DIRECT Administration to complete the application process for a grant under the Canada – British Columbia Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program - Green Infrastructure - Environmental Quality Sub-Stream, which is administered jointly by the Provincial and Federal Government for the Hart Industrial Stormwater Drainage Treatment project; and
  2. AUTHORIZE the City's Financial Officer and General Manager of Engineering and Public Works to sign grant application documents and any contract documents should grant approval be received.
