B.2 Report: 2019 Council Meeting Schedule Attachment: 2019 Council Meeting Calendar RECOMMENDATION: That Council APPROVE the 2019 Council Meeting Calendar attached to the report dated October 26, 2018 from Walter Babicz, General Manager of Administrative Services, titled "2019 Council Meeting Schedule". B.3 Report: Appointment of Acting Mayors Attachment: Acting Mayor Schedule RECOMMENDATION: That Council APPROVE the designation of Councillors as Acting Mayor from November 2018 to October 2022, as set out on the Acting Mayor Schedule attached to the report dated October 25, 2018, from the General Manager of Administrative Services, titled "Appointment of Acting Mayors". B.4 Report: Appointment of Municipal Directors to the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George RECOMMENDATION: That Council:
- APPOINT Mayor Lyn Hall to serve as a Municipal Director on the Regional District of Fraser- Fort George Board until the first meeting of Council is held after the 2022 General Local Election, and assign a voting strength of five (5) votes to him;
- APPOINT three (3) members of Council to serve as Municipal Directors on the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George Board until the first meeting of Council is held after the 2022 General Local Election, and assign a voting strength of five (5) votes to two (2) of those three (3) Municipal Directors, and assign a voting strength of four (4) votes to the remaining one (1) Municipal Director;
- APPOINT one (1) member of Council to serve as the Floating Primary Alternate Municipal Director on the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George Board until the first meeting of Council is held after the 2022 General Local Election; and
- APPOINT four (4) members of Council to each serve as a Secondary Alternate Municipal Director to one (1) of the four (4) Municipal Directors on the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George Board until the first meeting of Council is held after the 2022 General Local Election.
