- APPROVE adding the following properties, as identified by the Prince George Heritage Commission, to the Prince George Heritage Register:

- Hilliard Clare Masonic Hall (480 Vancouver Street); and
- Professional Building (1705 3rd Avenue); and
- AUTHORIZE Administration to proceed with the legislated notification in accordance with Section 598 of the Local Government Act.

- AUTHORIZE Administration to enter into any associated funding agreements.
