  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the agenda for the regular meeting of Council scheduled for June 29, 2020, BE ADOPTED.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That the attached minutes of the regular Council meeting held June 15, 2020, be adopted as read on this day and that such minutes as read set out all of the business before Council at that meeting and fully and properly record all of the resolutions and bylaws passed and adopted by Council at that meeting.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That Council, as attached to the report dated June 3, 2020 and titled “Prince George Downtown Business Improvement Association: 2019 Financial Statements and 2020 Budget”,

    1. RECEIVES FOR INFORMATION the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2019 of the Prince George Downtown Business Improvement Association; and
    2. APPROVES the 2020 Budget for the Prince George Downtown Business Improvement Association.
GENERAL MANAGER OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - WALTER BABICZ
  • RECOMMENDATION:

    That Council:

    1. APPROVES the Northern Sport Centre Limited Shareholders’ Resolutions attached as Schedule “B” to the report dated June 19, 2020 from the General Manager of Administrative Services titled “Northern Sport Centre Limited Annual Report”; and
    2. AUTHORIZES the City Manager to sign the Shareholders’ Resolutions.
  • RECOMMENDATION:

    THAT Council ENDORSES allowing the public to attend open meetings of Council and other bodies referred to in section 93 of the Community Charter, in a manner that is consistent with any requirements under Ministerial Order No. M192, as set out in the report dated June 19, 2020 from the General Manager of Administrative Services titled “Council Meeting Procedures under Ministerial Order No. M192.”
